We want getting Within to your door to be as straightforward as feeding it. Here's everything you need to know about how we dispatch, when to expect your order, and what to do if something isn't right.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse on every working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day.

Same-day dispatch cut-off: 11:00
Orders placed after this time, or at weekends, will be dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your order in real time.


Delivery rates

All UK deliveries are fully tracked. Your rate is determined by your order value — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Free delivery is applied automatically on all orders over £35. No code needed. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the point of dispatch, not the point of order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.


Out of area and remote locations

We deliver across the whole of the UK, including remote and offshore locations. Please note that some areas may attract a delivery surcharge or extended delivery timeframe.

Areas that may be subject to surcharge or extended delivery

  • Isle of Man
  • Other offshore islands

⚠️ If your postcode falls within one of these areas, any applicable surcharge will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You won't be charged anything you haven't agreed to.


Tracking your order

Every Within order ships with full end-to-end tracking. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time.


Missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at contact@withinpets.com. Please include your order number and, where relevant, a photo of any damage.

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue. In most cases we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 2 working days of hearing from you.


Returns

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with every Within order. If something isn't right, here's what to do.

Unopened products

If you've changed your mind about an unopened product, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us at contact@withinpets.com before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the cost of return postage and arrange a replacement or full refund. Contact us at contact@withinpets.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be paused, amended, or cancelled at any time from your account area before your next order processes. If you need to return a subscription order, the same returns policy above applies. Get in touch and we'll sort it.


Frequently asked questions

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We process and dispatch orders quickly, so address changes aren't always possible. Contact us at contact@withinpets.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not at the moment. Within is currently available for UK delivery only. We're working on international shipping and will update this page when that changes.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

If no one is available to accept your delivery, your carrier will either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to a local collection point. You'll receive a notification with next steps. You can also set delivery preferences directly with your carrier using the tracking link in your dispatch email.

Can I collect my order?

We don't currently offer a click and collect service. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and delivered to your chosen address.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking can occasionally take a few hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved after 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@withinpets.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
