These Terms of Service govern your use of the Within website at www.withinpets.com, your purchase of products from us, and your participation in any promotions or competitions we run, including on social media. Please read them carefully before placing an order or entering a promotion.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or entering a promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or the entire website, at our discretion.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where an error has occurred in the pricing or description of a product.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order.
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images and nutritional information are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions are entirely free from error. Product formulations and packaging may change from time to time. If you have specific dietary or nutritional requirements for your pet, please check the product label on receipt.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dearboy Petcare Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products, or your participation in any promotion. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order, or, in the case of a promotion, shall be limited as set out in Clause 12.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Free standard delivery is available on orders with a final basket value of £35 or more after all discounts, promotional codes and offers have been applied. Orders with a final value below £35 after discounts will be charged the applicable delivery fee.
From time to time, Within runs giveaways and competitions ("Promotions"), including on Instagram and Facebook. Each Promotion is subject to these terms and, where stated, additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant post.
1. Eligibility. Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the Promotion. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2. How to enter. Entry instructions (such as liking a post and leaving a comment) are set out on the relevant post. One entry per person; multiple entries from the same person will be void.
3. The prize. The prize is as described on the relevant post, is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other item. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
4. Winner selection. The winner is selected at random from all valid entries received by the stated closing date, and is notified directly via the platform the Promotion was run on, by the date and time stated on the relevant post.
5. Claiming the prize. The winner must respond within the timeframe stated on the relevant post to claim their prize and provide a valid UK delivery address. If the winner does not respond in time, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
6. Data use. Any personal information provided as part of entering a Promotion will only be used to administer that Promotion and contact the winner. It will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent, and will be handled in line with the Within Privacy Policy.
7. Platform disclaimer. Promotions run on Instagram or Facebook are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information provided by entrants is provided to Within and not to Meta. Entrants release Meta from any and all liability in connection with the Promotion.
8. General. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms, or who is found to be using fraudulent methods to enter. Our decision on all matters relating to a Promotion is final.
