WITHIN wet food is made using a retort process, each tray is sealed before cooking to lock in the nutrients. Cooking in-pack means the food is never exposed to open air after cooking. There's no risk of post-cook contamination, no need for preservatives, and nothing is lost in the process. The natural flavour, moisture, and nutritional value of the ingredients are locked in from the moment the tray is sealed.The result is food that is commercially sterile, shelf-stable, and as nutritionally intact as it is safe.

The baby food standard

121.2°C is the commercial sterilisation temperature used in retort processing, the exact same standard trusted for baby food pouches. Every Within tray reaches this temperature, every time.

Zero preservatives. Naturally.

Because the food is cooked and sealed in-pack, it's shelf-stable without any artificial preservatives. Nothing added to extend shelf life — the process does it naturally.
